The words of a well-written play or script inevitably contain or encapsulate the character’s reality and trajectory.
Therefore, if we truly investigate, understand, and process the language, we are able to plumb the subterranean depths of character.
Before we begin this venture, we need to do some research into the language. We must not take language for granted, by generalising and reducing it.
We need to enlist our rational selves before we depend upon our experiential selves; we need to embrace the mantle of meaning.
